Autumn Flatbread on the Grill

Recently, I created this Autumn Flatbread for dinner. It's super simple and you can put it right on the grill to cook!

Autumn Flatbread

1 pre-baked pizza crust (made from your favorite recipe (or store-bought)
1/2 of  jar of alfredo sauce (or 3/4 c. of your favorite homemade recipe)
1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage, browned and drained
1/2 to 3/4 of a yellow onion, slowly caramelized on the stovetop in a bit of oil
1/2 an apple, thinly sliced
2 c. shredded smoked mozzarella cheese

Spread pizza crust with 3/4 c. of alfredo sauce. Top with: cheese, sausage, caramelized onions, and apples. Place on a per-heated grill until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with a big salad!
