It worked great! You just have to remember not to tip it until after the cheese has started melting. Learned that lesson the hard way.
Scrumptious quesadillas stuffed with cheese, leftover crockpot rotisserie chicken, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro. Served up with a dollop of homemade salsa. Yum!
