Fresh, Healthy, and Delicious

I enjoyed a few lunches like this recently.  Yum!


It was really just a salad made from Easter leftovers, but it was delicious!  To replicate, combine: fresh salad greens, sliced strawberries, blueberries and blackberries, cubes of ham, sliced almonds, and raspberry-walnut dressing.  An added bonus…very few calories!
