Cookbook Recommendation

These tasty chocolate chip cookies?…baked in a jelly roll pan….with a bit of oatmeal to make them soft…are delicious!


I’ve been cooking a lot this winter from this cookbook, The Ski House Cookbook by Tina Anderson and Sarah Pinneo. And thus far, everything we’ve tried has been amazingly delicious! The best chili I’ve ever made. Incredible pulled pork. Brisket with Sweet Mustard Sauce. All of it…incredible!


I try to cook something from it every Friday, so when the kids get home from a full day of snowboarding, there is something warm and cozy to feed the hungry. This Friday we’re trying the Baked Manicotti. And next week, Colette is going to try Cheesy Potato Gratin (with the addition of ham to make it more of a main dish). Highly recommend this cookbook!
